Automatic Aluminium Vial Cap Sealing Pharma Machine Salient Features:

* Compact, versatile and elegantly matt finished unit in stainless steel, for sealing various sizes of vials and caps automatically.

* The basic unit consists of a conveyors, star-wheel, back-guide, vibratory feeder, chute, sealing head, safety device and feather tough control panel. Properly stoppered containers are regularly fed through conveyor to the synchronized star wheel pocket.

 

* Aluminum caps kept in the Feeder Chute and then moves till the retaining fingers of the chute out-let. During in Ex – ing, container picks up the cap from chute and transfers the container below sealing head for sealing operation. Sealing head comes down and the plunger holds the container perfectly.

 

* The sealing rollers now move inside and complete the sealing operation neatly.

 

* The sealing container is now transferred on to the conveyor.
